ROCK SOUND Exposure Jan 07 (+ device on cover disc)

"With 'Shot Down In Flames' (Armalyte Records) we wanted our axe-wielding zombie army of five to walk tall from the burning ashes of disintegration..." explains guitarist Kalash. Better known here on earth as Graham Rayner, founder of industrial legends Cubanate, it was a desire to create startlingly brutal music that led him to KreuzDammer, a maniacal metal/industrial hybrid that owes a clear debt to the more acerbic elements of Manson or Rammstein. Aligned with vocalist Terminal, guitarist DeValmont, bassist Corvusrex and drummer Virus - not their real names, obviously - their taste for the theatrical extends to their infamous live shows; a vicious assault on the senses, they hope to disorientate and dazzle simultaneously with the aid of industrial-strength ("Naturally...") smoke machines, lasers and plenty of fake blood. With a commitment to playing "Every shithole gig in the country and beyond...," this travelling freak show should hit your town soon. Be very afraid.

ROCK SOUND REVIEW OF "SHOT DOWN IN FLAMES" EP

These four gifts of tightly-woven metal industrial show a promise which may well come to impressive fruition…KreuzDammer, show a solidly muscled metal base wedded to tight industrial engineering with vocals which have strength but not arrogance.

HARD WIRED

KreuzDammer, they know their stuff, musically. The sound is tight and well constructed . The vocals work with the music, instead of fighting it, and the tunes are easy to get on with.

ORGAN MAGAZINE

If you want intense industrial music, they're good at it and they?ve got their shit together.

NOIZEMARKET

"A real stomping frenzy of heavy guitars mixed with electronic noise and aggressive vocals. The carnage-filled choruses are infectious, and leave you wanting to go and tear it up on the dance-floor."

NEON PROMOTIONS

Hard edged beats are accompanied by searing industrial samples and the angry vocal stamps along with machine sounds whirring away. The guys even have their own mega powerful strobe and laser show! Some sizzling, crunchy guitar fattens up the mix, and all in all this is a great performance from an exciting and tight act - if you like hard edged industrial rock, these will not disappoint!

MAGICBOX

They have now developed a full-on live show, complete with white make-up, fake blood, strobe lights and lasers. They are fronted by singer Terminal who looks like he?s enjoying himself immensely, scaring off the crowds. It's aggressive , explosive yet danceable metal- industrial!
